At Little Cancun on the Go, we're more than just a food truck; we're a Tex-Mex experience on wheels. Established by Cesar and Erica Gonzalez in 2015, their journey is rooted in 40 years of combined restaurant experience. Cesar's kitchen skills and Erica's front-of-the-house expertise come together to create a winning team. With the help of their four kids, they've turned their passion into a thriving business known for authentic flavors, good times, and most importantly, the queso cheese dip.
